    -Awesome Desk Space You will be provided with comfortable desks and chairs to get started! -Super Fast, Reliable Internet Your office has access to super fast, unlimited Wi-Fi. -Conference Room All plans include access to conference room and meeting rooms, to hold your meetings at all our locations. -Furniture Along with tables and chairs, we also provide all members with a lockable cabinets. -Printing/Copying/Scanning All plans come with an unlimited access to printing/copying/scanning . -Refreshments and Beverages Unlimited Tea/coffee to keep you going. -Amenities and Extras As members you have access to some fun extra amenities like the Terrace garden (patio), Nap Room, Events space, Games, Library. All Spaceplexx spaces have a fun mix of amenities. -Unique, Exciting Events
  • DO ALL SPACEPLEXX MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?
    Dedicated Desk, Flexi Desk and Part Time Flexi Desk plans begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Private cabins plans begin from the 1st of the month. Our one-calendar month move out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private offices, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month.
  • ARE SPACEPLEXX MEMBERSHIPS REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH?
    Yes! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. For the exception of our Private office plans, all other plans require only month-to-month commitment.
  • CAN I JUST HAVE ONE MEMBERSHIP FOR MY EMPLOYEE AND VISIT THE SPACE ONCE IN A WHILE?
    This is an individual membership. They can book the meeting room and have meetings with you- but if you are planning to stay for more than 3-4 hours in a given day, you should buy a one day pass.
  • IS TEA/COFFEE SEPARATELY CHARGEABLE?
    No! We provide member with free tea and coffee.
  • WHAT IS THE INTERNET SPEED?
    Each Space is equipped with High Speed Internet connection, and there is no limit on the usage.
  • ARE PRICING PLANS INCLUSIVE OF TAXES?
    Yes, all our plan prices are inclusive of taxes.
  • CAN I USE SPACEPLEXX’S ADDRESS AS MY OFFICIAL COMPANY ADDRESS?
    As a member, you can use our address as your corresponding address and your official company address. If you are not a member and need to use our address as your official company address, then you can opt for the virtual office plan.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY STORAGE AREA?
    We have lockable lockers where you can store your personal belongings. But we do not provide large storage spaces or warehousing facilities.
  • WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE PER PERSON AT A SPACEPLEXX COWROKING SPACE?
    Every Spaceplexx office is uniquely designed and total square footage differs from location to location. Each office provides more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!
  • WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICES?
    Phone service is currently not available at Spaceplexx.
  • HOW DO PRINTING CREDITS WORK?
    As a amember you have access to printers and scanners and printing if free for all members.
  • CAN I ADD MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?
    All our membership plans offer mail and package handling.
  • WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOM DO YOU HAVE?
    Conference room size differs per location. Generally our conference room can accomodate 4-12 people.
  • HOW MANY HOURS OF ACCESS OF THE CONFERENCE ROOM DO I HAVE AS A MEMBER?
    As a member you have unrestricted access to the conference room, when available.
  • CAN I RESERVE THE CONFERENCE ROOM WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER AT SPACEPLEXX?
    Yes, you can reserve our conference room, without being a member. Get in touch with us through email or phone and reserve conference room for 599/- for the first hour and 499/- per hours for subsequent hours.
  • CAN I HAVE PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE FOR MEETINGS?
    Yes, you can have people from outside for meetings.
  • CAN I RESERVE THE EVENT SPACE WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER AT SPACEPLEXX?
    yes, you can reserve the event space without being a member at Spcacplexx. get in touch with us for a custom quote.
  • I HAVE A SPACEPLEXX MEMBERSHIP. CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM /EVENT SPACE/WORKSPACE ON THE WEEKEND?
    Yes, members can book the conference room/event space/ workspace on the weekend as well.
  • IS THEIR A RETAINER OR SETUP FEE REQUIRED TO SECURE A DEDICATED DESK OR PRIVATE OFFICE?
    No, there is no retainer or setup fee required to secure a dedicate desk or private office.
  • WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET SPACEPLEXX KNOW I’M MOVING OUT?
    Members with Private Cabins are required to give a 15 days notice to move out. Flexi Desks and Dedicated Desks memberships can be cancelled anytime. But please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of your current membership plan. There are no prorated refund issued for cancellations.
  • AM I ABLE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER SPACEPLEXX LOCATION?
    Yes! If the space of your choice has availability, we will work with you to organize a seamless transfer to the space of your choice.
  • I AM A CURRENT SPACEPLEXX MEMBER AND LOVE MY SPACE! DOES SPACEPLEXX GIVE REFERRAL REWARDS?
    Yes, we do run a membership referral program, get in touch with your community manager to understand how it works and how you can help us grow our community and get rewarded for the same.
  • WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR RESERVATION CREDITS, PRINTING, ETC?"
    There is no additional fees for reservation credits, printing etc. Everything is inclusive in your membership plan.
  • MY SPACEPLEXX MEMBERSHIP IS INACTIVE. CAN I REACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
    Yes, we’d love to have you back. Please get in touch with us through phone or email.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SPACEPLEXX MEMBERSHIP?
    You can cancel your Spaceplexx membership by just informing us in person or via email/phone. But please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current monthly plan and there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of Spaceplexx membership plans.
